PYTHIAN is a hard dance XR experience available worldwide. After purchasing and opening PYTHIAN you will enter the terminal. Do you recognize it? You are in the main stage of De Brabanthallen, where many Masters of Hardcore editions and other events have taken place. In the terminal you have the option to choose your avatar and you will see different portals next to it. Each portal offers a different experience. One of the portals gives (when a ticket is purchased) access to the live experience when it takes place.

During a live experience you will be taken into their virtual world by the biggest brands in the hard dance scene. From a first person perspective you move through this thematic world with activities, cool shows and exclusive sets by artists. For the best experience we recommend a VR headset, but it is also possible to experience Pythian via desktop. You have the opportunity to meet up with your friends, interact with fans from all over the world and do various activities. After the "live experience" you relive it at any time.

The other portals you see give access to the Throwback Rooms. In these Throwback Rooms you relive some of the best hard dance sets in an XR experience, together with your party friends of course. So you have the option to meet up with your friends in the terminal and in the Throwback rooms, but also to communicate with harder styles fans from all over the world.

PYTHIAN lets you experience the hard dance scene in a whole new way. You virtually move through a world, watch shows featuring sets from the best artists, and talk and party with visitors from all over the world. PYTHIAN is not a replacement for a physical event, but a completely new experience.

Yes, with PYTHIAN you can communicate with people from all over the world! When you virtually walk through the terminal, throwback rooms or during the live experience, you can meet others. If you’re close enough, you can talk with them. For the best experience we advise to use a VR headset, but it’s also possible to experience Pythian and communicate with others via your Windows pc/laptop (desktop).

Besides participating in the live experiences, you can relive some of the best hard dance sets in an XR experience, together with your party friends of course. You do this in the throwback rooms. Also bring your technical skills, because you can control the lighting in the show yourself

The live experiences are available at Steam in a package with the app or as DLC/add-on with the app. During the live experiences, a hard dance brand takes you into their world. You enter a new, thematic world full of activities, show elements, the hardest, most exclusive sets from the greatest artists and you take part in a virtual rave with your party friends.

During the premiere of these live experiences, fans from all over the world virtually gather. You will experience it together, all at the same time! After the premiere you'll always have the chance to go back to the live experience and re-live it.

The first live experience has premiered on March 27. Masters of Hardcore takes you into the 2016 theme: Raiders of Rampage and takes you on a 1-hour VR trip in mighty Viking ships, from the battlefields to the courtyard. A VR experience including the hardest, brand new live sets by Angerfist, Miss K8, Mad Dog & DRS and virtually rave with people from all over the world. “Obey the noise of the visionary. If you have a ticket for the live experience you can watch the live experience as many times as you like after the premiere. You can visit it whenever you want to meet up with friends or hardcore fans from around the world!

Yes, you can purchase the Pythian app via Steam. If you want to participate in a live experience, you must purchase a package or purchase a separate ticket. This ticket grants you online access to the relevant event within Pythian. The first event you can participate in is the Masters of Hardcore XR experience. If you only purchased the Pythian app without a ticket, you do have access to the terminal and the various throwback rooms.

You experience the live experience best at the premiere moment, when you can rave virtually simultaneously with other fans. If you are not able to be present during this premiere moment, or if you want to experience it again, you have the option to enter the sets and the experience (again) via the Pythian app. You must have bought a package or bought a ticket for the Masters of Hardcore VR experience.

The PYTHIAN app offers Extended Reality (XR) experiences, which means you can participate in these experiences via a VR headset or via PC Desktop. Check these guides on how to download the PYTHIAN app to your PCVR headset and Windows PC.

To experience PYTHIAN and the live experience, you must purchase and download PYTHIAN. In addition, you must purchase a separate ticket for each live experience. This can be done by purchasing a package at Steam or purchasing the live experience separately as a ticket/DLC after purchasing the app. The first live experience is the Masters of Hardcore VR live experience, which you can add to your wishlist now and purchase it from March 15th for an Early Access price via Steam.

The package with PYTHIAN + first Masters of Hardcore live experience is now available for an Early Access price of € 19.95 (Regular price: € 24.95). With this package you have access to the terminal, all throwback rooms and the first Masters of Hardcore live experience on March 27th.

You also have the option to purchase the PYTHIAN app separately (€ 9.99) and later purchase a ticket (€ 9.99) for the Masters of Hardcore live experience.

It's not possible to use PYTHIAN on iOS systems (Macbooks or iMacs).

There is no mobile version available because it does not provide the correct experience and therefore it is not possible to use a cardboard.

If you can stream your PC / laptop or VR headset to your television, this is possible. Pythian, however, is an interactive experience that you will not experience the same if you do not use the various possibilities that are offered via the VR headset. If you want to stream Pythian on your television, we recommend that you do this via desktop and not via a VR headset. The avatar must be controlled by someone to move around the world.

Yes it is possible to meet up with your friends within PYTHIAN. Once you've entered the live experience, you’ll find yourself on a Viking ship. On the back of the ship you’ll see a number and a keyboard. The number is the boat you’re on! If you want to be on the same boat as your friends, you can switch by pressing the boat number you want to go to on the keyboard. If there is still enough space on the boat number you’ve entered, you’ll change ships! Please make sure you’re switch before the end of the set by Miss K8, after this show, it won’t be possible to change anymore.
